She Said 'Yes:' Tulsa Runner Gets Proposal At Finish Line

She said yes! One Tulsa runner crossed the finish line to a proposal Saturday in downtown Tulsa. Joe Lucius and Amber Maddux have been dating for a little over five years, and now they've decided to tie the knot.

Joe, a Broken Arrow resident, said he wanted to propose at the finish line because Amber wouldn't suspect it. He said she's the best thing that ever happened to him.

Crowds of photographers were on hand to record the moment.
