Police say the man hit walking in the southbound lanes of  Sheridan was pronounced dead after being taken to Saint Francis Hospital. He was an 18-year-old Hispanic male, Tulsa Police say.

A silver Ford pickup going south on Sheridan struck and hit the teen in the road, according to police.

Witnesses told police the driver of the small pickup swerved all of a sudden, hit the man then drove away leaving him in the road.

They say a second vehicle then hit the man in the road. That driver stopped and talked to police.

Police later found another truck crashed into a power pole near Sheridan and Skelly Drive that may have been driven by the man that was hit and killed.
