Investigators released two search warrants Tuesday, for the woman who drove her car through a crowd of people at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade, killing four and leaving dozens injured.

According to the documents, an officer told the judge, before the crash Chambers was heard says she was "Going home forever." Her boyfriend also told authorities she had seen a professional after making a suicidal threat.

Police were specifically looking for signs of mental instability like suicide notes, writings and prescription drugs inside Adacia Chambers' home.

According to the search warrant police discovered four different handwritten notes between the pages of a bible with Chambers' name inside. They did not release what was written on those notes.

They also collected her laptop computer, a portable hard drive, a tablet and an Xbox one game system. All are items police think may contain more evidence as they wait for the results of a toxicology testing of Chambers’ blood the day of the incident.

The second search warrant details what investigators are searching for inside Chambers’ car. Police said they were examining the vehicle’s onboard recording box and the seatbelt webbing. They were also investigating which features of the vehicle were either on or off inside the car as well as whether the taillights were on at the time of the crash.

Neither Stillwater Police, nor Chamber’s attorney said they were not commenting on anything found in the home on Tuesday.

The Payne County District Attorney also set up a hotline for witnesses and victims to call Tuesday. He said in a release, they have rights they should be aware of and may be able to get state assistance. The number is 405-338-6023. Victims and witnesses can also email the office directly at OSUParade-CrimeVictims-Witneses@dac.state.ok.us.

Anyone seeking compensation from the state can also call 1-800-745-6098 to request a form for eligibility.
