A gas leak in Warner, Oklahoma forced the evacuation of Connors State College Monday morning.

Ami Maddocks, a spokesperson for the college, said construction crews damaged a gas meter at Russell Hall. There was no one in that dorm, but student housing building Miller's Crossing was evacuated. That's across the street from Russell Hall.

The gas leak has been capped, and crews are working to repair it. No injuries have been reported.

ONG states a worker dropped something on the gas meter, damaging it.

Warner is a Muskogee County town with a population of about 1,600 people.
