Green Country Businesses Give Thanks, Honor Veterans

TULSA COUNTY, Oklahoma -

Here's a list of some of the free deals we know about in Green Country to honor our nation's veterans. If you are offering a complimentary "thank you" to veterans at your business, please post in the comments section below this story.

Applebee's has free entrees for Veterans on November 11. Drink and tip are extra.

Chili's lets veterans order for free from a limited menu.

Cracker Barrel offers a free dessert during lunch and dinner.

Denny's offers active, inactive and retired military personnel to get a free grand slam from 5 a.m. to noon at participating locations.

Golden Corral: free dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. November 11 for military appreciation night.  Military retirees, veterans, active duty, National Guard and Reserves are all welcome.

Hooters: veterans can choose from a menu and eat for free. Drinks are extra.

IHOP has free red, white and blue pancakes on Veteran's Day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

Johnny Carino's: Veterans and active duty military get a free meal with their choice of unlimited soup or salad from a Veterans Day Menu on November 11.

Little Caesars:  Veterans and active military members receive a free $5 Lunch Combo from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on November 11.

Logan's Roadhouse says military and former military can get a free dessert plus their usual 10 percent discount offered every day.

Olive Garden: Free meal from a limited menu for all veterans and current service members. Family members get 10 percent off.

Outback Steakhouse offers a free bloomin' onion and beverage on Veterans Day. Active and former service members also get 15 percent off from Nov. 12 through Dec. 31.

Reasor's: All veterans and active duty personnel to receive free lunch on Nov. 11 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Lunch includes choice of 2 chicken tenders or 2 pieces of fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable, roll and 16 ounce soda.

Red Lobster: Free appetizer or dessert from a limited menu from Nov. 9 to Nov. 12.

Red Robin offers a free double burger and bottomless steak fries on Nov. 11.

RibCrib is giving active duty or retired service members free entrees on November 11. 

Ruby Tuesday offers veterans, active duty and reserve service members a free appetizer Nov. 11.

Ryan's says current and former service members a free lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at participating locations.

Sizzler offers a free lunch and beverage from a limited menu through 4 p.m.

Spaghetti Warehouse: from Nov. 9 through Nov. 11, buy one entree get the second free. Coupon required.

Starbucks: Veterans, active duty service members and spouses get a free tall coffee at participating locations November 11.

Texas Roadhouse: veterans and active members of the U.S. military can enjoy free lunch on Wednesday, Nov. 11 at every location across the country. Choose from 10 entrees and a drink. Must provide proof of service including military or Veteran's Administration ID or discharge papers.

Twin Peaks: Free menu item from a special menu on Nov. 11.

Village Inn: Free breakfast on Nov. 11 from a select menu and a card for 20 percent off the next visit.
