Two 3.0 magnitude earthquakes shook up residents in northern Oklahoma Sunday afternoon.

An earthquake struck at approximately 12:25 p.m. Its epicenter was located five miles north of Stroud, 29 miles southeast of Stillwater, and 31 miles west, southwest of Sapulpa.

It was about six miles deep.

A second earthquake struck at approximately 12:29 p.m. Its epicenter was located 15 miles east of Cherokee, 26 miles north, northwest of Enid, and 54 miles west of Ponca City.

No damages or injuries associated with either earthquake have been reported.
