FBI, Muskogee Law Enforcement Investigate Threats Against OK Congressman

Local law enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are working together to investigate threats made against an Oklahoma congressmen.

The Muskogee County sheriff confirmed the FBI and the Muskogee Violent Crimes Task Force are looking into threats made against U.S. Representative Markwayne Mullin.

The sheriff said the threats were left as a voicemail but did not indicate what was said.

He said, to help, he sent deputies to Mullin’s Muskogee office as a precaution.
