Tulsa Police want to talk with a man seen in surveillance photos about a Salvation Army kettle theft.

Officers said the theft happened in front of the Reasor's at 17th and Yale on December 7, 2015.

A volunteer manning the kettle told police a black SUV drove up and someone inside asked if the store was hiring. As he talked to the driver and passenger, he saw a third person exit the rear of the SUV, grab the kettle and run. The SUV then drove away.

The volunteer said he chased the man for a quarter of a block, but stopped when the man indicated he may have had a weapon.
