Crews responded to a house on fire near 11th and Yale shortly after 4 a.m. Firefighters say as they were working to put the fire out, they heard small explosions as some ammunition caught on fire.
They were able to put the fire out quickly, and a person inside the home made it out safely.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
