Owasso Police Release Man's Photo In Fraud Investigation

Owasso Police hope the public can help them identify a man in connection to a fraud investigation.They released a photo of the man taken from a security camera.

Police did not release a lot of information about the case, other than to say the man is a person of interest related to identity theft and fraudulent purchases made in Owasso.
