Victim Drives To Tulsa Police Station After Being Shot

Police are looking for the person who shot at a car at two different locations Tuesday evening, hitting the driver in the head.

A man told police someone pulled up next to him as he was headed south on Highway 169 near 31st Street at about 8:30 p.m. and shot at him. Police said his head wound was not life-threatening.

The driver told police he kept driving and someone fired multiple shots at his car a few minutes later in the 10100 block of East 31st Street. 

Police said the victim drove to TPD's Mingo Valley Division office, where EMSA took him to the hospital.

Officers said a passenger in the car was not injured.

Police said the the victim's car had been struck over a dozen times. Officers have not released a description of the suspect's vehicle.
