Tulsa police made an arrest in the murder of a man who was shot and killed in what they believe was a fatal home invasion.

Police have been investigating the murder of 35-year-old Curtis Clayton, AKA Moreland; and Friday, they issued a warrant for 19-year-old Geomari Washington.

According to police, Washington was located in the 4900 block of North Boulder.

They said they are continuing to investigate and more arrests are possible.

Just before 9:30 p.m. on December 23, 2015, police received a shooting call in the 2800 block of East 44 Place North. When they arrived they found Clayton shot.

Investigators determined Clayton and several others were in an unattached building behind a home in the area when four to five masked, armed men forced their way into the building.

Police said the men demanded their property and said during the robbery Clayton was shot in the head.
