Tulsa firefighters captured a man they say broke into one of their personal vehicles parked outside the station.

It happened Tuesday afternoon at Station 16 near Apache and Harvard.

Firefighters tell News On 6 a paramedic parked at the station first spotted the man trying to break into a truck. The paramedic yelled for help, and the man started running away.

That's when the firefighters - about 10 in all - ran after the man and held him until Tulsa Police arrived.

They say it's not the first time they've had problems with people breaking into their vehicles, but this time the man didn't get anything.
