The Oklahoma Department of Corrections says two inmates who had disappeared while out on parole are back in custody.

The DOC says Tulsa Police, the Sheriff's office and U.S. Marshals arrested 31-year-old Timothy Stage and 37-year-old Joshua Shane both of Tulsa.

Stage was captured February 4 at the Tulsa County Family Justice Center on Gilcrease Museum Road.

The DOC says he had failed to report in as a condition of his parole in September 2015.  During their investigation, the DOC says they learned Timothy Stage had been involved in several assault and battery incidents as well as involvement in illegal drug activity since September.

Joshua Shane was arrested on February 3 at a Tulsa Walgreens' store on East Pine.

The DOC said they had been looking for Shane since December 2015 when he removed his GPS ankle monitor and had made violent threats against his ex-wife and himself. Adding, Shane reportedly told his ex-wife he would commit suicide by cop before going back to prison.

Officers say they found a handgun in his pocket when Shane was arrested.

The DOC said Joshua Shane's violent tendencies and crimes he was connected to lead him to place him on their Top 15 Fugitive list.

Both are now being held in the Tulsa County jail without bond.
