Candidates for the officer of Tulsa County Sheriff are at Hardesty Library for a forum on mental health. 

All nine candidates have arrived with about 60 to 70 people in the audience. 

The forum is being sponsored by the National Alliance on Mental Illness. The goal is to find solutions in the community for mental health challenges and how they are addressed by law enforcement.

The League of Women Voters will host a candidate forum for Republican candidates for the office of Tulsa County Sheriff Monday.

The election forum will take place at 6:30 p.m. February 8 at the Thomas K. McKeon Center for Creativity, Tulsa Community College, 910 South Boston Avenue.
