Presidential candidates are making their final pitch to New Hampshire voters on Monday ahead of Tuesday's primary. New poll numbers show one candidate is firmly in the lead.

With just one day to go before voters cast their ballots, Donald Trump is separating from the pack. A new survey from "Monmouth University" shows Trump has a double-digit lead over his opponents in New Hampshire.

Thirty percent of likely Republican voters said they would vote for the billionaire businessman. And the winner of the Iowa Caucus, Ted Cruz, is locked in a tight race for second.

Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush, and John Kasich all in a virtual tie.

"We're going to win New Hampshire in the general election, and we are going to turn this country back around,” said Marco Rubio (R) Presidential Candidate.

On the Democratic side, Hillary Clinton is closing the gap with Bernie Sanders. Among likely Democratic voters, Sanders holds a slight 10 point advantage in that Monmouth Poll. However, New Hampshire voters are known for making their decision at the last minute.

Snow is in the forecast on Tuesday but it's not expected to have much of an effect on voter turnout.

While the majority of democratic voters say they've made their decision, just over half of republican voters say they're undecided.
