The Oral Roberts men's basketball team returns to the Mabee Center Thursday evening as the Golden Eagles host IUPUI to kick off a three-game homestand as the regular season winds down.

Thursday's Summit League contest will tip off from the Mabee Center at 7 p.m. and will be broadcast through ESPN3 and will be available on the WatchESPN app. Scott Higgins (Play by Play) and Steve Bontrager (Analyst) will serve as the broadcasters. Geoff Haxton's radio call of the game can be heard at 97.1 FM in the Tulsa area and around the world for free throughwww.ORUAthletics.com and through the ORU Athletics Front Row App.

Quick Hits

• The Golden Eagles are 26-12 all-time against IUPUI and with a win in Indianapolis earlier this year have now won nine straight in the series. Two of those games have gone into overtime, including the last two contests inside the Mabee Center.

• A win Thursday would snap the five-game skid and earn the season sweep over the Jaguars.

• A loss Saturday would give ORU nine Summit League losses, making it impossible to finish .500 in the league.

• In the first meeting of the season, ORU exploded for 48 points in the second half. Led by Kris Martin's 18 and DaQuan Jeffries' 17 points, the duo combined for 35 points, 10 rebounds and four assists. ORU had four players score in double figures for the game (Emegano 16, Bradley 10).

• ORU started the year 8-2, claimed the PSO Mayor's Cup for the third year in a row with a 70-68 win over Tulsa, and swept through the Men Against Breast Cancer Classic at James Madison to win the tournament with a 3-0 record.

• Albert Owens and Obi Emegano (MVP) were each named to the Men Against Breast Cancer Classic All-Tournament Team after helping ORU to a 3-0 record and tournament championship.

• ORU was picked to finish third in The Summit League in the preseason poll, although the Golden Eagles did pick up one first place vote. Obi Emegano, who has earned a league-best three Player of the Week honors already, was tabbed as the league's Player of the Year.
