The Golden Eagles set the tempo early and took a quick lead just minutes into the game, courtesy of a few buckets Aaron Young and Obi Emegano.
ORU soon extended its lead 23-5 by the 12:02 mark. At this point, the Golden Eagles were running the floor and executing on both ends.
The Jaguars started showing some life late in the half but failed to slow down Emegano.
By halftime, ORU led 40-27.
Emegano led all scorers with 15 points while Darell Combs led IUPUI with nine.
After intermission, the Golden Eagles opened the second half just as intense and high-energy as they did the first, quickly advancing their advantage 50-33 with a dunk from Emegano.

Emegano finished with 21 points, Albert Owens contributed 13 and Brandon Conley had 12. Matt O'Leary led the Jaguars 13 and Combs had 12.
