SUV Fire Damages Tulsa Home

Posted: Updated:
TULSA, Oklahoma -

An SUV parked in front of a Tulsa home caught fire early Saturday, destroying the vehicle and damaging the front of the home.

The Tulsa Fire Department says they got the call just before 5 a.m. to the home in the 1800 block of North Norfolk near Pine. The homeowner says a fire alarm woke him up.  That is when he found the SUV parked outside the front door on fire.

The homeowner was able to get out of the home before firefighters arrived.

Firefighters are not sure what caused the SUV to catch fire.
