Several blocks of South Peoria Avenue in Tulsa were shut down for about an hour early Saturday after a three-vehicle crash and fire.

Officers said the driver of a Chevy Cobalt was headed south at about 1 a.m. when he "made an unsafe lane change" and struck a northbound Ford pickup.

That impact sent the pickup into the southbound lanes striking a BMW sedan.  The BMW and pickup then went off the road, hit a wooden fence catching both on fire.

A neighbor, Mark Stover, who was awakened by the crash, saw the fire and went outside to see if anyone was injured.

He said it was a scary scene and was glad no one was seriously injured.
