Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Preheat pizza stone (start stone cold in cold oven, warm together)
Start with your own or an Andolini's Gluten Free crust
Spread 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese on crust
Top with minced garlic
Add crumbled Italian sausage
Add prosciutto
Bake on stone until cheese is bubbly, crust is golden brown and sausage is cooked through (8 to 10 minutes)
