Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers arrested a Texas woman they say was driving the wrong way on Interstate 40 when her SUV collided with a car Tuesday evening.
The OHP identified her as Lindsey Jones, 31, of Kilgore, Texas.
Troopers said the crash happened in the westbound lanes near the Arkansas River bridge east of Webbers Falls at about 7:30 p.m.
Two female juvenile passengers in her SUV were taken to a Muskogee hospital. One was treated and released, the other was transferred to a Tulsa hospital with internal injuries.
Troopers said Jones was heading east in the westbound lanes when her 2008 Honda CRV hit a westbound 2012 BMW driven by Lisa Duffy, of Norman, Oklahoma. Duffy was not injured.
They said a westbound 2014 Freightliner driven by William Armstrong, 65 of Sumter, South Carolina then struck the Honda CRV. Armstrong was not injured, either.
The OHP report said troopers arrested Jones for driving under the influence of drugs.
