A Claremore father was arrested for shooting his son three times.

Police said it all started with a long-standing domestic feud between the two men.

Chief Stan Brown said Thursday the father, Andrew Grabow, was about to leave a house in the 1400 block of West Lowry Road in Claremore when he went back inside and shot his son, Prevlin Long, three times.

According to reports, Long drove with "potentially life threatening gunshot wounds" to an Oologah business where he was met by emergency crews and treated. He was then taken to the hospital where his current condition has not been released.

Police said Grabow tried to dispose of the gun but officers found it.

They said he was taken into custody and questioned. He was later arrested and booked into the Rogers County Jail on one count of shooting with intent to kill.
