Tulsa homicide detectives have released the identity of Saturday's murder victim.

Sgt. Dave Walker said Evan Stout, 19, has died from a gunshot wound to the head. Stout was in grave condition since the shooting, but he died on Sunday at a local hospital.

Police have added a second-degree murder complaint against Stout's girlfriend, who was arrested on Saturday. Tiffany Wesley is being held at the Tulsa County jail on $575,000 bond.

This is Tulsa's eighth murder of the year.
