Posted: Updated:
TULSA, Oklahoma -

Police are trying to piece together what happened after a 19-year-old man was shot at a Tulsa apartment complex Monday night.

When they arrived at the complex in the 1300 block of East 38th Street North at 9:45 p.m. officers found the victim, Jerrick Washington with gunshot wound to the right shoulder and nine shell casings in the parking lot.

Officers said Washington was not being cooperative with police.  Witnesses say they heard two gunshots and two men running away.

EMSA took the victim to a Tulsa hospital with what police said was a non-life threatening wound.
