Tulsa Parents Arrested For Child Neglect, Admit To Using Meth

Posted: Updated:
TULSA, Oklahoma -

Samantha and Clinton Harvey were arrested on child neglect charges after saying their four-month-old baby had bad injuries to the head and face, according to the Tulsa Police Department Child Crisis Unit.

Police say both parents admitted to being Meth users and that Samantha admitted that the couple used the night of the incident. But Clinton claims he had not used the night the baby was injured.

Both parents claim they do not know how their baby got injured, but doctors have ruled the injuries the baby sustained are due to abuse.
