A hit-and-run suspect is out on bond.
Tulsa police arrested Elizabeth Hebert late Wednesday afternoon. Officers say she hit a woman who was crossing the street at 3rd and Elgin earlier this month, seriously injuring her.

But, they say Hebert never stopped. Police say Hebert told them she left the scene because she was under extreme duress.
She works in the athletics department at Tulsa Public Schools.
The district released a statement saying, ““We are aware of the situation and we certainly take it very seriously. We’re looking into it further, but as this is a personnel matter, we are not able to share more information at this time.”
