Remember The Ten Run Set For April 16 In Stillwater

Posted: Updated:
STILLWATER, Oklahoma -

Thousands of people will hit the streets in Stillwater in a couple of weeks for the Remember The Ten Run in remembrance of everyone associated with the OSU men's basketball program who were killed in a plane crash in 2001.

One of those lives lost was Oklahoma City sports director Bill Teegins.

He worked at News On 6 before moving to our sister station.

Karl Torp spoke with his widow Janis Teegins about how Oklahoma's Own still remember The Ten, 15 years later.

She says the run is now a family tradition and one that she feels saved her life after the sudden grief she felt 15 years ago.
