The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality says the boil order for Pittsburg County has been suspended.
According to the release, the agency says a new operator was hired and significant line breaks were repaired, resolving the low water pressure. Also, a bad filter was replaced and the water meets the drinking standards for turbidity.
The order was issued January 6, due to high combined filter effluent turbidity and negative water pressure.
