A Wagoner County kidnapping suspect said his girlfriend went with him willingly and that it was all a big misunderstanding.

A mother filed the kidnapping report and said her daughter, 24-year-old Hayley Taylor got into a screaming match with her boyfriend, 29-year-old Dallas McGlone, Monday night.

She said her daughter used a brick to break out McGlone’s truck windows and that he pulled her into the truck, then left.

Deputies said because McGlone is in the Irish Mob Gang and has a criminal past they worked it as a kidnapping to be safe.

Tuesday morning, deputies said Hayley called them from a west Tulsa cafe, saying she was okay. They told her to stay there so they could verify it, but, when they arrived, the couple was gone.

Tulsa police found them at a windshield repair place in east Tulsa a few hours later.

"There's no kidnapping case, there's no violence, nothing like that. Things got settled, differences squashed, that's about it," McGlone said.

He admitted there was an incident that got a little crazy, but they had no idea it was being called a kidnapping until they saw it on the news.

McGlone said, “There's no violent kidnapping, no running around with a knife, crazy. Everything's legit, everything's cool. She right over there, that's about it."

Hayley covered her face with a hoodie and didn't want to talk to us.

Deputies interviewed both and will forward the reports to the district attorney who will decide whether to file any charges.
