Car Crashes Into East Tulsa Business

Police say an elderly driver was not seriously injured when her car crashed into a Tulsa business Wednesday night.

Officers said the driver accidentally stepped on the gas instead of the brake causing her car to go over the curb and into the Cashland Loan store in the 11000 block of East 41st Street.

It happened at about 9:10 p.m.

The impact shattered a window and damaged the door of the business, which was closed at the time. Workers boarded up the window to secure the business.
