The wait is almost over for the seven-game series between the Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs, and to pretty much no one’s surprise, this indeed may go all seven.

San Antonio is the national favorite, thanks to a better record and experience. Mino Ginobili, Tim Duncan, and Tony Parker have all been there and done that.

For Oklahoma City, sure they added some new faces last season, but they have some players  that are no strangers to the postseason: Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, Serge Ibaka and Nick Collison.

"Those four guys are the four mainstays,” said head coach Billy Donovan. “I think from a culture standpoint you get guys that have invested a lot personally, have had a lot of individual success and understand the league. And [they] also help create a winning environment every single day, so I think it's very, very important and very, very valuable."

It doesn't sound like the Spurs will have a problem with Russell's pre-game boogie.

In OKC’s last series, Dallas' Charlie Villanueva did his best to show his dislike for Westbrook's moves with Cameron Payne.

But Tony Parker doesn't mind, the same goes for the 40-year-old, Tim Duncan.

"Everybody has their own way,” stated Duncan. “I don't think there's anybody more focused than [Westbrook] once on the court, so they can do whatever they want to do, and however they approach the game and however they get ready for it, and that's how they do it."

This will be a great series.

Both teams are well rested. OKC hasn't played since Monday night, and the Spurs wrapped up their first round series with Memphis back on Sunday afternoon.

Game 1 tips off Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.
