Tulsa Man Pleads Guilty To Raping Developmentally Challenged Woman

One of Tulsa's Most Wanted pleaded guilty in court today to three counts of rape and forcible sodomy.

Court records say David Armstrong assaulted a 26-year-old developmentally challenged woman several times in 2012, while working as a fitness instructor at the Center for Individuals with physical challenges.

Documents say Armstrong used various rooms at the gym to make advances, touch her inappropriately and expose himself to her.

He also drove her to his residence for sexual intercourse, an affidavit says.
