Tulsa Doctor John Jennings Passes Away

Dr. John Jennings, a frequent guest on 6 In The Morning, passed away over the weekend.

Dr. Jennings told 6 In The Morning he had been diagnosed with stage III pancreatic cancer in 2013. 

"Our dear friend, Dr. John Jennings has lost his courageous battle against cancer. He passed away this weekend. Dr. J lent his time and expertise to our program for over twenty years," wrote 6 In The Morning anchor Rich Lenz.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church.
