Okmulgee County Officials Locate Missing Man With Autism

The Okmulgee County Sheriff’s Office located a missing man with autism Thursday night.

According to Okmulgee County Undersheriff Fred McGuire, 31-year-old Jose Gutierrez was found near 191st and Mingo. McGuire said he had been missing since about 10:00 a.m.

Deputies received information that he may be trying to walk to the Broken Arrow area and that some people may have seen him on the Tulsa/Okmulgee county lines.

McGuire said Gutierrez was found safely and that he was being looked at by medical crews.
