Police arrested three men on drug and child abuse complaints at an Owasso McDonald's Tuesday morning.

It happened at the McDonald's just west of Highway 169 on 116th Street North. Police were called to the restaurant at about 3:30 a.m. They said three men in a car had been driving around the parking lot for several minutes. The men told police they were looking for someone who had robbed one of them.

Police identify the men as Eric Beaty, Houston Brown, and William Smith. Officers eventually searched the car and found what they believe to be marijuana and prescription pills. Authorities said they also found heroin and heroin paraphernalia - a syringe and spoon with residue - on Beaty.

Police said three children were also in the car. The kids are 10 , 8 and 4 years old.

The arrest reports did not mention whether any of the kids were hurt or what their relationship to the men is. It's also not clear who has custody of them now.
