Man Recently Injured At Tulsa Jail Arrested For Theft In Bartlesville

Ramona police arrested a truck theft suspect Tuesday afternoon in Bartlesville after a 17-mile chase.

Police say David Fulps stole a truck from the QuikTrip at the intersection of Highway 20 and 75.

Officers chased the truck and got it stopped in front of a Walmart store in Bartlesville.

In May, News On 6 and our partner, The Frontier, reported Fulps was somehow injured while in the Tulsa County jail while being held on auto theft and larceny charges.

Fulps’ attorney said deputies waited days before taking him to the hospital, but Sheriff Vic Regalado says Fulps received medical treatment just a few hours later.
