Reports: Former OSU Receiver Sheperd Charged With Sexual Battery In Florida

Former Oklahoma State receiver Brandon Sheperd is accused of sexually assaulting a sleeping woman in a Panama City Beach resort according to multiple reports.

The incident occurred on March 20th at the Grand Panama Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida.  The woman reported falling asleep with her clothes on and waking up to find a man on top of her, penetrating her. She told police she shoved the man away and he fled but left behind his wallet and underwear. Inside the wallet was Sheperd’s Missouri driver’s license.

Sheperd was arrested, charged with one count of sexual battery and later posted $15,000 bond.

He tallied 77 receptions for 1,284 yards and 10 touchdowns in four years at OSU from 2012-15.
