Three different women have come forward claiming their boss inappropriately touched them while at work. A man who worked as not only a deputy but also a jail supervisor.

The investigation began in January, when a female jailer spoke up about an incident that happened the month before. She reported her supervisor, Antonio Sharp, told her to go into his office and shut the door. Court records state Sharp then, "made inappropriate advances", trying to pull of the woman's coat and lift up her shirt. The woman "resisted and threaten to scream 'rape'".

The next day, a second victim spoke out about an alleged incident between her and Sharp. This time the woman said Sharp hugged her and "grabbed one of her breast with his hand". Court documents state this happened more than once between victim number two and Sharp. The woman also told the investigator Sharp also, "tried to entice her into his office".

Two days later, another female detention officer claimed "Sharp grabbed her hair in a sexual manner".

“We take those things very seriously, any time an employee is accused of doing something illegal we immediately act on this,” said Mark Opgrande, Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office.

Before county investigators wrapped up their investigation, Sharp was fired after getting in a fight at a Moore bar. The investigation into Sharp continued even after he was terminated.

“Any time you get wind of someone who works in your facility who possibly is committing a crime themselves then we take action on that,” said Opgrande.

Three sexual battery charges were filed against Sharp on Friday, July 1. He has yet to be arrested.
