On Tuesday, Bernie Sanders formally endorsed Hillary Clinton, saying, "she must become our next President."
This move has been anticipated for over a month now, and Tuesday was the first time the Vermont Senator was on stage to support the likely Democratic nominee.
Bernie Sanders was alongside Hillary Clinton in New Hampshire. His formal endorsement came after two days of negations between campaigns on some of Sanders' progressive proposals.
Clinton has embraced Sanders' call for a $15 an hour federal minimum wage that it would be phased in "over time."
Clinton has also taken a step closer to Sanders' views on health insurance by supporting a "public option" for a government-run alternative.
