Recycling Bin In Roadway Blamed For Tulsa Crash

TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa Police said a city recycling bin in the roadway caused a crash during rush hour Wednesday morning. The two-vehicle crash took place on southbound Highway 75 around 41st Street.

Police told News On 6 a woman driving an SUV swerved to avoid the bin left in the middle of the road. She missed the bin but hit a convertible sedan.

The woman driving the SUV was checked out for minor injuries. The woman driving the convertible wasn't hurt.

Police took down the numbers of the bin to find its owners.
