Owasso Man Arrested For DUI After Rollover Crash

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol arrested an Owasso man after a rollover crash on Interstate 44 in Tulsa early Sunday morning.

Troopers said Jonathan Mosqueda, 20, was speeding in a westbound Mitsubishi when he rear-ended a compact car near Yale. The impact caused the compact car to run off the highway and Mosqueda's car to roll over, according to troopers.

Neither Mosqueda nor the other driver was hurt, troopers said.

They gave Mosqueda a field sobriety test then booked him into the Tulsa County jail on charges including DUI, transporting an open container and possession of alcohol by a minor. He's due in court on August 1.
