County Commissioners Pull Glanz's Name From TCSO Training Center

The Tulsa County Commissioners voted to remove former Sheriff Stanley Glanz's name from the Tulsa Sheriff's Office Training Center Monday morning. 

Commissioners had discussed rescinding the name after Glanz was indicted by a grand jury for two misdemeanors. On July 15, he pleaded guilty to misusing a county vehicle and pleaded no contest to not releasing an internal affairs report.

The commissioners had asked Sheriff Vic Regalado what he wanted to do, and he sent out a letter to employees in TCSO asking for their input. He said the overwhelming choice was to call the building the Sheriff's Office Training and Communication Center.
