The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) is offering up to a $10,000 reward for information in the missing persons case of Molly Miller and Colt Haynes.

Stan Florence, Director of the OSBI, held a news conference Friday morning inside the Ardmore Public Library. He noted that they will provide reward for information not just leading to an arrest, but also information that help further and advance the investigation.

In addition, Molly Miller's family is also offering a $35,000 reward for information in connection to the case.

Molly Miller, 17, and her boyfriend Colt Haynes, 21, were last seen on the night of July 7, 2013. Florence said they continue to get new leads, but so far all of them have led to a dead end. He hopes this $10,000 reward will bring forward the right information.

Paula Fielder, Molly’s cousin, also spoke at the press conference Friday. She says Miller and Haynes' case has gained new traction since the arrest of Love County Sheriff Joe Russell on corruption charges.

Russell's nephew, James Conn Nipp, is allegedly the last person to see Miller and Haynes. They were said to be riding in a car with Nipp the same night Nipp led police on a chase. Fielder believes Russell is hiding information about the case.

Nipp is currently in prison for eluding police among other charges. But when Nipp was arrested in Love County that's when his uncle, Sheriff Russell, allegedly allowed Nipp to meet with family unsupervised in an evidence room.

Nipp has said he has no idea where Miller and Haynes could be.

Fielder also spoke about someone else who has pertinent information. “Recently I spoke to someone through Facebook who has been a suspect in our case for quite some time,” said Fielder, “She knows what happened to Molly and Colt and she could end it for us today.”

Fielder hopes the OSBI’s reward on top of the family’s reward will prompt that woman and others with information to come forward.

Haynes’ sister also spoke to News 9 for the first time. She talks about the grief her family has been burdened with for the past three years. “We just want this over. We have suffered for three years,” said Monique Stewart.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017.
