Police: Bartlesville Church Van Recovered, Used In Kansas Burglaries

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Kansas -

A church van stolen in Bartlesville has been found in Kansas where police say it was used in some burglaries. Authorities got tips from two callers that saw the story of the stolen van on News On 6.

A man named Christopher Williams Stone was arrested in connection with the crimes.

Bartlesville Police report the First Church van was found at a Montgomery County motel. Deputies there connected the van to several burglaries of homes in the county. 

BPD plans to take members of the church up there Thursday to get the vehicle back.
