Police responded to the auto-pedestrian collision on September 11, 2016 near 1500 East 1st Street.
Jason Gambler, 37, was pushing a shopping cart containing scrap metal eastbound on East 1st Street in the roadway around 6:40 p.m. Tarra Nicholson, 45, was driving eastbound and hit Gambler as her car crested the hill, a police report states.
