Lincoln County Says Two Children Have Been Abducted

Two children have been abducted, according to Lincoln County sheriff's.

Sara and Noah Hart are possibly en route to Odessa, TX, with their non-custodial father, John Ray Hart.

Hart may be driving a stolen, silver 2011 Dodge Journey.

Sara and Noah have been missing since September 16.
