Police say Baton Rouge, Louisiana authorities arrested a Tulsa murder suspect Wednesday.
Joseph Johnson, 20, was found in a home where he was taken into custody.
Police say Johnson shot 25-year-old Quavis Cato outside a duplex in the 1200 block of South 73rd East Avenue on Monday. Cato was pronounced dead at the hospital.
They say Johnson and Cato had been arguing about exchanging cars when the shooting occurred.
Prosecutors filed a first-degree murder charge on Wednesday.

Joseph Johnson was last seen leaving the shooting in a red 1999 Chevy Tahoe. Police learned Johnson may be in Baton Rouge and contacted police there who arrested him.
No word on when Johnson will be returned to Tulsa.
