Broken Arrow Police Arrest 34-Year-Old Man In Shooting Death

Police arrested a Broken Arrow man Friday afternoon after they say he shot and killed his father during an argument.

He is identified as 34-year-old Jacob Krafft.

Police say the shooting happened inside a home in the 7500 block of South Maple at about 5:30 p.m.  They say Krafft called 911 and told police he had just shot his father.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Jacob Krafft was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a first-degree murder complaint. Jail records show he has a court appearance set for October 23rd.

Friday's homicide is the second one this year in Broken Arrow.

In March, police arrested the ex-wife of a man who was killed on March 21st.  Judith Nix, 69, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Kenneth Nix.
