A Norman church has been serving the city's growing homeless population for more than a year.

Every Friday at Andrews Park, Pastor Mike Butler and other volunteers with “Church in the Park” serve dinner to anyone who’s hungry.

Friday night, Butler also officiated the wedding of Aaron Terry and Rosie Matthews. The pair met two years ago, when they were both homeless.

“We hope that this brings more people to Church in the Park, and let them know how blessed we are,” said Rosie.

Sooner Legends Inn and Suites offered a room to the newlywed couple, as well as a pair of tickets to Saturday's OU football game.
